We deliver our products to business clients in all countries.

Our products are generally packed as component kits on compact pallets that can be handled with a forklift.

Depending on the product, the goods may come in one or several packages.

The package lengths range from 2.4m to 6m, with a standard width of 1.2m. The product packages are covered with waterproof film but remain open at the bottom.

Unloading requires a forklift with a minimum lifting capacity of 2 tons.

Packages can safely be stacked on top of each other – up to 3–5 units high.

Typically, we deliver full truckload (FTL) orders to business clients. In exceptional cases, we can deliver smaller quantities (e.g., individual products or half-truck loads), but the delivery cost will be higher than for standard FTL shipments.

For container shipping, the minimum order volume is one 40HC container. The product packages loaded into containers are specially designed for container transport. All packaging materials comply with ISPM15 requirements and bear heat-treatment markings.

We can also issue a phytosanitary certificate and perform fumigation if necessary.

Unloading goods from a container requires prior experience. If you are not familiar with the process, please contact us for detailed unloading instructions before delivery.
