5–10 Year Warranty Against Wood Rot

Our wooden houses are made from the finest materials and crafted with care to ensure durability and long life. This is why we confidently offer a 5–10 year warranty against wood rot (depending on the product).

All our wooden products are made using slow-grown Nordic spruce and CE-certified pine. Both our production partners and we follow the FSC Chain of Custody standards, ensuring the sustainability of our products. Our production processes are developed according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, allowing us to minimize errors and maintain efficient manufacturing.

Conditions for maintaining product warranty validity:

• We provide a warranty against wood rot only if the product has been properly maintained during and after assembly.

The warranty will be void if:

– the product has been improperly stored;
– the assembled product has been modified or altered in any way;
– the person submitting the claim is not the original purchaser;
– the assembled product has not been treated annually or according to the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions;
– the product has not been correctly built, adjusted, or assembled in accordance with the instructions;
– the product has not been installed on a suitable foundation (depending on the ground type and house size) and with adequate clearance — at least 60 cm — from any obstacles (walls, trees, fences, etc.) to prevent moisture from penetrating the wood;
– the roof has been installed incorrectly or damaged, causing water leakage.

For thermally treated or factory-painted products, maintenance instructions are provided along with the assembly manual.
